FocusTimerPomo is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect only what is necessary to operate the app and never sell your personal data to third parties.
Session & Task Data — Focus sessions, task names, and durations you create. Stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account (if enabled). We have no access to this data.
Subscription Status — Whether you have an active FocusTimerPomo Pro subscription. Managed by Apple’s StoreKit and not stored on our servers.
Analytics (Optional) — If you use features that depend on Apple’s frameworks (e.g., widgets, live activities), Apple may collect aggregate usage data per their own privacy policy.
Crash Reports — If you have shared diagnostics with Apple (in iOS/macOS settings), Apple may forward crash data to us in anonymised form.
When iCloud Sync (a Pro feature) is enabled, your tasks and session history are stored in your private iCloud account using CloudKit. This data is only accessible by you and is governed by Apple’s iCloud privacy policy. FocusTimerPomo has no access to this data.
All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status — no payment details or billing information.
FocusTimerPomo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
