By downloading or using FocusTimerPomo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

License

FocusTimerPomo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or any part of it.

Subscriptions & Purchases

• FocusTimerPomo Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems connected to the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FocusTimerPomo is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusTimerPomo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
